Ron Kamonohashi, once hailed as a genius at the world-renowned Detective Training Academy Blue, had his qualification to become a detective revoked due to a fatal “flaw”. After enduring a period of unappreciated talent, his destiny was greatly altered by his encounter with Totomaru Isshiki from the Metropolitan Police Department's First Investigative Division, who is nicknamed “Toto”.
