Too Cute Crisis

Liza Luna is an alien from the advanced culture of the galactic empire Azatos, which rules over a number of worlds. Liza is sent to explore Earth as a part of the survey team in preparation for its invasion. She initially intended to destroy Earth since its culture is far more primitive than hers, but after going by a café and seeing a cat—a species that is "too cute" and cannot be found on any other planet in the universe—she starts to change her mind.
