Together, Aoi and Hinata started to ascend mountains, first the 197-meter-high Tenran Mountain, then the 599-meter-high Takao Mountain, and finally the 1786-meter-high Mitog Mountain. Their outdoor life was enriched by the addition of friends like Kokona, Kaede, and Honoka as they traveled around famous peaks in the Kanto region, including Tanigawa, a mountain with fond memories for both of them. Aoi has improved her mountain knowledge, gear, and stamina in an effort to advance to higher levels.
