On an artificial island in the Pacific Ocean, a giant floating metropolis, created by the discovery of a new energy source, is known as Veyron City. Here begins a hilarious romantic comedy between three people who have a somewhat unusual relationship; Shuu, young and running a small business in the city, but living on a shoestring due to his mindless spending, and Kisara, a girl who often parties with Shuu. Ayano, Shuu's ex-girlfriend and a senior colleague at his former company, is working and attending high school in Veyron.
