Kōdo Ikusei Senior High School is a reputable school with cutting-edge facilities where nearly all graduates go on to university or find work. Students are able to wear any haircut and bring any personal belongings they like. Kiyotaka Ayanokji fails his entrance examinations for some reason and is assigned to Class-D. Class-D is where the school abandons "inferior" students to ridicule them. When he meets Suzune Horikita and Kiky Kushida, things start to change.
